You've all seen the packaging for a new iPod. Nice cube box, matte finish, hardly any writing on it. It sells itself. I was reading Arstechnica this morning and there was a link to this video of "The Microsoft Packaged iPod." It's awesome! I think it's a pretty good impression of how Microsoft does package their software! Love the "Human Ear Edition."

I'm a software developer who works on AOL Instant Messenger products. I'm very passionate about trying to do "the right thing" in AOL's products, and hope that some of that sees the light of day. Currently I work on AIM Express with a kickass team of developers, and it has been a labor of love and an outlet for us to experiment with a faster, better, more useful experience.
